About us
Fluent was founded in January 2006 by Rebecca Phillips and Becky Hall based on their shared desire to bring creativity to the heart of people's lives and work. From very different backgrounds, they shared the belief that creativity unlocks potential and produces results way beyond the status quo. Because they approached things holistically and systemically, they needed to find a range of people from different experiences and backgrounds - and that is exactly what they did.
So Fluent is now made up of staff and associates who have expertise and skills in a hugely diverse and interesting range - corporate strategy, organisational learning, development and design, creative thinking, corporate responsibility, the environment, business development, community development, coaching, facilitation, film making, acting, photography, psychology - an eclectic pot - that we believe makes us more able to help organisations grow holistically - as people and as businesses.
At Fluent we also believe in leading by example, so we take a systemic approach to our development, have clear, shared values and a comprehensive corporate responsibility programme that we all contribute to. We are always striving to learn new things and push ourselves outside of our comfort zone, so that we can remain innovative, creative and useful to our clients.
