Case study: Fitkit for teams

FitKit for Effective Multi-Disciplinary Teams

Client need:

In many organisations there is a requirement to bring together teams from a range of professional disciplines. This is a real challenge to those being asked to work within or manage in a multi-disciplinary context.

What Fluent did:

We have developed the Multi-disciplinary FitKit, an easy to use, off-the-shelf guide designed to enable staff from different services to work together effectively in teams.

The Multi-disciplinary FitKit contains all the necessary elements for organisations to introduce and/or improve team working in-house at a completely self-sufficient level; no external or internal training by third parties is required.

Staff are flexibly trained together in the workplace with a supported package giving them a clear direction, clear roles and responsibilities, shared protocols and joint policies, which not only maximises motivation and engagement, but also provides great value for money.

Client feedback

Currently being used by Children & Young People’s Services and a NHS Mental Health Trust.
