Case Study: Chase Community Partnership
Client need:
Chase Community Partnership (comprised of a local district council, county council social services, fire service, police, PCT, voluntary sector, DWP, and education) wanted to build on existing good partnership practice and ensure that all public sector staff were aware of the benefits and need to work in partnership for the people of the district.
What Fluent did:
- Developed a conference to engage staff members from all the contributing organisations across the partnership
- Made a film with 7 organisations to celebrate and promote current good practice
- Ensured buy in from all the partner organisations by setting up a working group to help drive the conference
- Worked with the community, local service providers and young people
- Ran the conference as a networking, ‘world café’ event so that real relationships were build across the partnership
