Becky has undertaken considerable research analysing creativity and the use of drama based methodologies within organisational settings, and how to use creative techniques for high impact learning and to promote innovation. This formed the basis of her Masters thesis, and subsequent on-going research.
Becky is a keen reader, loves the theatre, camping, running, playing the guitar and hanging out with her family.
