Rebecca Phillips (BA, FCIPD, FRSA)

Rebecca is a consultant and facilitator specialising in organisational development, leadership and management. Her particular expertise as a consultant brings together her strong background in human resources and her strategic leadership experience. Rebecca has worked extensively in the public and not-for-profit sectors. She was the CEO of a charity for several years, leading and managing the organisation through the complexities of a major development programme to ensure on-going sustainability and partnership and stakeholder engagement.

As a chair of a charity, Rebecca has also been involved in developing a management board and senior team to address the pressures and challenges of the not for profit world.

Rebecca is a Fellow of CIPD and a Fellow of the RSA, and holds DMS. She brings her extensive experience in strategic management and policy development to bear when creating Fluent's programmes and packages.

Rebecca is a trained garden designer and loves music, art and reading.
