Our methodology
At Fluent we know how important it is for us to remember that everyone, from CEO to front-line staff, has a different way of thinking, learning, listening and absorbing. For us to be effective we draw on a variety of presentational approaches, methodologies and theories so that we engage everyone we are working with. As a result, our programmes and products have a track record of being not just effective, but transformational too.
We test all our programmes and products against our criteria of learning styles (theoretical, reflective, active, pragmatic) and delivery methods (visual, aural, written and spoken word). We have actors, film makers and designers as part of our team, alongside strategic consultants, facilitators and learning experts, to make this happen. This way we ensure that all of our work is both accessible and challenging to everyone.
