The Client Need:

A Divisional Director approached us to help her develop her senior tiers of leaders and managers in their leadership capacity with a view to creating a culture of distributive leadership across the division.

What Fluent did:

Fluent selected three leadership days that best fit the client’s needs and facilitated two sessions with the senior management team in advance in order to work out the strategic context and direction

Leadership Assessment and Development Day: this includes our unique leadership self assessment: a reflective, experiential and creative environment to evaluate leadership qualities and strengths within a corporate context.

Leadership & Motivation Day: this day built on the leadership self-assessment and encouraged personal focus on individual motivation along with analysis, theory and activities to help leaders to motivate their staff.

Collaborative Leadership Day: This day provided direction and activity for leaders to work through some of the techniques, decisions and skills that creating a collaborative leadership culture requires.
