Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wanted to roll out their new four yearly Corporate Plan and to engage all their staff with the new priorities and objectives. For their plan to make a real difference, they knew that the staff needed to own and drive the vision from within.

- Facilitated 2 residentials with the CEO, Directors and Heads of Service
- Ran an All Staff Launch Conference
- Ran individual service workshops so that every member of staff could their work with the corporate objectives
